WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
Welcome to the ISB Parent Association! Since our establishment in 2014, we have been dedicated to fostering a strong, welcoming, and inclusive community at International School Breda. As a parent-led organization, we evolve alongside education to effectively support the school's future and enhance the experiences of our students and families. Join us our mission to create a vibrant school community where everyone feels valued and engaged!
Our aim is simple: to bring our community together, encourage involvement and create opportunities for students, families and staff to connect, contribute and thrive, along with supporting the greater community.
The PA provides a link between parents and the school, supporting school activities, community events, enrichment opportunities and initiatives that enhance the experience of being part of the ISB community. We also provide opportunities for parents to get involved, share their ideas, meet other families and contribute their time and skills. You can get as involved as little or as much as you would like.

Our theme for 2026/27 is “One Community, Many Voices.” We believe that our community is strongest when everyone has the opportunity to be heard and to contribute.
We want to:

Build one community where students, families, teachers and staff feel welcomed, respected and supported.

Celebrate many voices by recognising and valuing the different cultures, experiences, ideas and perspectives within our international community.

Encourage involvement by creating opportunities for parents and families to participate in school life.

Work in partnership with the school to support activities and initiatives that benefit our wider community.

Listen, learn and grow together, using feedback and collaboration to continually improve what we do.

The PA is run by volunteers, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who gives their time, energy and ideas to help make our school community stronger.
Whether you are new to ISB or have been part of our community for many years, there is a place for you in the PA. Every contribution, however big or small, helps us create a more connected, inclusive and supportive community for everyone.
