Bike Light Box

Now that we are well into Autumn it is getting darker earlier and earlier.  This can present a challenge for the members of our community who bike to school and find themselves without a working bike light.

This can happen for many reasons-lights can just go out, lights can get stolen or sometimes we just forget to re-attach them.  Whatever the reason, biking in the dark is dangerous.  

The ISB PA and school administration are launching the BIKE LIGHT BOX to help ensure our community can commute safely. 

• There will be a limited number of USB chargeable loaner bike lights available at Bike Light Box/reception for those that find themselves in need of one.

• Lights should be recharged and returned once the bike light situation is resolved.

• We will start with a limited number of lights funded by the school/PA, the community is welcome to also contribute to the effort by donating lights as well.

• As an eco friendly school, rechargeable lights are preferred however we would accept any lights that are donated.
