ISBPA After-school Activities

Dear Parent Community,

Welcome back to school, with a full force this year! The ISBPA is excited to announce the launch of our expanded after-school programs!

Currently, the school offers several after-school lessons like Jiujitsu and other student-led activities, such as the successful Theater club. Therefore, the Parent Association is thrilled to introduce even more options for our students.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Gokhan Şıkrak for his dedication and support in helping grow our after-school offerings. His efforts as a committed parent have been instrumental in this expansion.

As part of this 5 weeks trial (before Fall holidays), we are pleased to introduce several new clubs that will start next week. These programs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of the Lego League (details below).

What is Lego League? The LEGO League Challenge is an international competition for students aged 9–14 (in the U.S. and Canada) and 9–15 elsewhere. Each August, teams are presented with a real-world scientific challenge to research and solve. The competition involves designing and programming LEGO robots to complete tasks, with teams competing at regional, national, and international levels while sharing ideas and showcasing their solutions.

This is all for now, we will evaluate how is it going, the successes and the continuation for some of them or new ones after the Fall Vacation and we wll notify you before the break. All the coordination is made by volunteers and we can not stress enough that all volunteering will be helpful at all times. So, if you would like to help your community do not hesitate to reach out via our email: parentcommittee@isbreda.com

Moreover, please do not forget upcoming events:
